Pentax SMC 28mm F3.5 - stuck aperture between f11 and f16

Hi, I am currently cleaning my Pentax SMC 28mm F3.5 lens from fungus on the back element. I noticed though, that after disassembling the aperture is sicking between f11 and f 16 and I haven't dismantled the aperture controls. Any tips how to fix it ?

Just take it apart and reassemble

as you tighten up the various sections, test the aperture lever
