DA 560mm 5.6 AW - arca-swiss lens plate

Hello, which lens plate current/recent DA 560mm owners can recommend for this supertele?
Is the Wimberley P-50 the best choice regarding reliability/stability?
And what do you guys think about cheaper ones like the Haoge LQR-150, Sirui PH-180 and Kiwifotos LP-150 ?

I also discovered this guy using his EF 600mm with the Manfrotto 393 Gimbal head and the Manfrotto 357PLV lens plate:

I used to use a Benro 200x38x10mm plate, paid $35 for it and it worked great. It was long enough to balance on my gimbal with the k3 and K1 with battery grips and when I had rented the 1.4tc.

I would avoid the Haoge if it only has one screw mount, you will want two for a lens as long as the 560..

Thanks for the hint with the number of screws
Regarding the length for balance with K1+BG+TC, do you recommend to get 200mm length or will be 150mm also work?

Also i'd see the Wimberley as well as the Kiwifotos plates don't have rubber surface. I guess it's better to stick with rubber surface to get better grip?

Not sure about the 150mm, I just remember the lens needed a long plate for it to balance. It's a long skinny lens but not real heavy and you need to move it forward on the head to balance the weight of the body properly. The rubber on the Benro plate I had did seem to help a little I think but I have other plates without that work good also.

Another advante besides giving higher grip to the lens feet is the lower risk of getting scratches.

So there are quite a lot options with 140-150mm length (K-1) and 167-200mm length (K-5 with BG), all having safety screws at the front/rear ends:

140mm Genesis PLA-140 .i-...91g, low price (23€ / $27)
140mm Mengs PU-140.......- 120g, low price
150mm Benro PU150.....i..i.-.141g
150mm Haoge LQR-150.....- 113g, only one 1/4" screw, no rubber surface
150mm Kiwifotos LP-150....- 184g, 1/4" screws are hex (need tool), only one 1/4" screw, no rubber surface
--------------------------------- length border for nivelling K-1 or K-3/K-5/K-7 with BG ----------------------------------
167mm Wimberley P-50.....- 136g, 1/4" screws are hex (need tool), most expensive model
169mm Kiwifotos LP-169....- 200g, 1/4" screws are hex (need tool), only one 1/4" screw, no rubber surface
169mm Mengs DPL-169...ii- 140g, low price
180mm Sirui PH-180..........-.102g
200mm Benro PU200.........- 141g, low price (20€ / $14)
200mm Genesis PLA-200..- 159g, low price (24€ / $35)

With the K-1 + D-BG6 140mm, are to short.
For optimum mount stability of the plate to the tripod mount and complete coverage of the foot an 200mm plate is good.
