No truth to this Amazon claim is there? No indication of such on the Ricoh website.

Still hoping for a holiday weekend reduction on this lens.

Amazon frequently says things are "discontinued" when they are just temporarily sold out.

What's a "Pentax 35mm 2.4 limited"? It's either the DA 35 f2.4 or the DA 35 f2.8 Macro Limited. Can't be both.

My mistake, I assume the poster is reffering to the 35mm 2.4.

I am reffering to to the 35 mm 2.8 limited silver version marked as discontinued at srsmicrosystem. Co.uk.
SRS microsystems are an authorised Pentax dealer in the UK.
