Which teleconverter, Sigma, Kenko or something else...

I'm looking to get a 2x TC, mainly to use with my Sigma 70-200. Looking at B&H I have two options; the Kenko MC-7 ($205 shipped) and the Sigma ($330 shipped).

I know that the Sigma has been designed to work well with my lens but on the other hand I can use the Kenko with every lens I own.

Does anyone want share their experiences with of these TCs?

I would consider sticking with Sigma.

I use both the 1.4X and 2X TCs with my 70-200 F2.8 and they give excellent results. They are specifically designed to work with sigma long lenses.
