Should I take a chance??

Found two Pentax lens's on line from a safe site/seller
"Pentax SMC-M 50mm Lenses f/1.4 and 1.7"
$40.00 + $8.95 shipping
They are suppose to be clean copy's (never can tell on line) but they do have a history of selling camera equipment
with positive review's.
What do you think, Take the plunge????

Not much of a chance IMO, those lenses are worth may more combined

If the seller is safe and the description is accurate then it's a no-brainer.

These are great lenses. I suppose you are aware that these two are for manual focus only. Nowadays younger photographers cannot handle MF

While you are waiting for them to arrive you should read the lens reviews, just to reassure yourself that you have done the right thing and look at what others have achieved using them.
That way you will get a warm feeling inside before you use them and heighten the anticipation.
If you need any practise with green button metering, that could be done too.
