Soo, any updates on the case?

My one came back with the same issue, although with a new lens cap replacement for the broken one. I'm suspecting my mount to be an issue, I can't imagine the lens being repaired twice with no improvement. Not sure how I'd go about solving this anymore, I'll email Pentax later on this summer, but I'm not going to send anything in until the colder months, weather is just too beautiful to pass on, so I'll be working around the issue in the meantime (meaning using f5.6 and higher all the time)
