Quenching my LBA

Hi! All,
Lately I have been very interested in buying Takumars and after reading a bit, decided to search for SMC Super Taks.

I accidently stumbled across a listing on Eeekkbay! today and won the following for $250 shipped

I need help in seperating out the best (3 or 4 lenses) from the good and thought those with the experience can help me. This is because I dont want to risk the best being shipped all the way here and rather send it to my sis who will bring it to India at a later date.

here is the list
1. Honeywell Spotmatic F, 35mm Pentax camera
2. SMC Takumar 1:1.4/50
3. SMC pentax 1:2 55mm,
4. Super-Multi-coated Takumar 1:.8/105 ( I guess it is 105 f2.8. Wish it was f1.8)
5. Auto Super-Lentar 1:2.8 f=28mm
6. Vivitar automatic Telephoto Lens 300mm f5.5 with retractable hood
7. Kalcor extension tube set and a
8. Tripod
9. Accessories- a Kako Super Elite flash system, the Honeywell flash, a Viceroy and Sekonic light meters, a hard and soft case.

Thanks in advance

The SMC 1.4/50 and the 105 would be the top two. The 55mm is fine also, only it's so close to the 50 you probably can wait for it.

The super-Lentar I don't know, but it is likely one of the generic 28/2.8's that gives good enough performance, especially f/8 and smaller. If the Vivitar is a f/5.5 it probably isn't very good, if you made a typo and it is the 3.5, then it is a fun lens: focuses close, pretty good resolution, but can be a bit low contrast.

The extension tubes don't weigh much, don't have much to break, and will give you an awesome macro ability with the first two Takumars. I'd want them in the same package

Is it a good deal for under $250

Thanks Nesster.

Just wondering if I paid too much.

You didn't pay too much, if you'll use most of the stuff. The 105 by itself would eat most of the money say $100 and up- they go for too much $$ for my cheap ass - and the Spottie with the 55 would go for a good deal, say $50-60, and then the 50/1.4 by itself would be $50-60 or even more, depending on condition.
