When I came across this blue heron I really wish I had my DA* 300, but I did not, so the 55-300 PLM will have to do:

Osceola turkeys @300mm f8 1/800 iso800

Bucks in velvet @300mm f8 1/250 iso250. Had just walked onto the porch into 95º temps from inside with the A/C on. The lens fogged a bit.
