PS some would say far too common!
My mother in law suffered from possums in her roof for years.

Thanks Rod. Rivals I think. The possums hiss away every night and there's fur on the ground every morning! My grandmother used to say of her Irish forebears that they preferred a fight to a feed - I think the same is true of the possums.

They have the smelliest urine. All I can say is that it's better than having rats.
