The IQ is excellent from the DA*200 on the K1 but simply because of flexibility I no longer use mine at all

I use the DA*60-250 (and crop the edges if the vignetting interferes) which provides similar IQ but is a bit bulkier/heavier. If I'm going lightweight and don't need the speed I use the F 80-200 (but it does need stopping down to get decent IQ).

They come up in UK for around 450 every now and then, I listed mine on the UK forums last year but got no takers even at what I thought was a very low price, so it's settled back into the collection - loved but little used
With my birding shots from the blind, the DA*60-250 focus breathes so much it's pretty much useless without the TC, being the rough equivalent of a 135mm lens at 250mm, 10 feet from the camera.

That is the one big disappointment with the 60-250. Apart from that it's a stellar lens. MY issue with the 60-250 is usually solved by putting the 1.4 TC on it. I like ƒ8 for birding shots, so I can still stop it down, even with the TC on it.
IQ wise, the 200 and 60-250 are so close in my comparison shots, there's no real advantage one way or the other. But as noted above, I bought it for something to use when the 60-250 was in the shop after a drop. The 60-250 really is the preferred option when I walk out the door, unless it's early morning or late evening, and I want ƒ2.8 for better focussing and smoother out of focus areas. There are times the 200 is the better choice and IMHO it's worth owning for those times, after you buy your 60-250.

Or to put it another way, I really miss my 60-250 when it's away, even though I still have the DA*200 available.
