Considerations when buying a tripod/head for real estate Photography?

I'm entering the field of real estate photography but i could do with some feedback on what to look for when buying a solid tripod-head combination.

Any thoughts or recommendatiions?

Have you considered just buying a Ricoh Theta, they make great 360 shots with minimal effort. Probably cheaper than a pro tripod and head.

Not really, because i especially need hi res stills and ocasionally 360's. But than again i'm not familiar with Theta.
