NiSi have a 150 square holder.

They list a S5 Kit 150mm Filter Holder with CPL for Tamron 15-30mm f/2.8, which is the Pentax 15-30 also. there are 2 versions with different CPL filters see links.
Older CPL below.
NiSi S5 Kit 150mm Filter Holder with CPL for Tamron 15-30mm f/2.8 - NiSi Filters Australia

or; S5 Kit 150mm Filter Holder with Enhanced Landscape NC CPL for Tamron 15-30mm f/2.8

They are just the holder. You then have to get the 150mm square filters to go in it.

Second that.

If you do the CPL, make sure you get the multicoated version.

Second that..
I agree. I have that system for my D FA 15-30mm f/2.8.

I have the circular polariser and ND16 round filters.

I also have the Fotodiox adapter for rectangular filters such as grads, but I'm not using it at the moment because I think taking bracketed exposures then merging later may be better.

WonderPana Filter Holder for Tamron 15-30mm SP F/2.8 Di VC USD ? Fotodiox, Inc. USA

The key to the system is the 2-part clamp, with a part with a red-ring that fits from the back of the lens, and the front part that screws into that which takes the filters and adapter.

Another happy user here for the Fotodiox system. I have the circular polariser and ND filter. I'll probably get the adapter for the rectangular filters.

And if you do the Fotodiox system, look really carefully at the bundles and pricing. I ended up grabbing a kit that gave me several ND filters, the square brackets in addition to the core kit and then the multi-coated CPL. Depending on how you bundle it can save you at least $100 on the overall price. You might glaze over looking at the prices on some of these pieces, but they are very nicely made and work well.

I often leave the securing ring on the lens, keep the CPL mounted on the core with a 4" PVC pipe cap on one side and the standard Fotodiox lens cap on the other, and it gives me a pretty rapid way to carry the CPL and mount it quickly as needed without having to take the lens off the body. The standard lens cap still fits on with the ring in place. In this configuration, I can slide the core with CPL and caps in to a side pocket on my bag and have the camera and lens mounted in the bag "normally". If anyone wants pictures, let me know.
