TEFNON 70-200 mm Marco

Hi
My dad gave me a Chinon CM-5. It comes with a 50mm Chinon 50/1.9 and a TEFNON 70-200mm Marco. Both lens works fine on CM-5.

The 50mm works fine on my K200D. However, I cannot hook up the TEFNON zoom on 200D. The mount shows on the lens is P/K-A R-P/K (image #2). Is anybody know the history of the zoom? And does it suppose works on K200D?

Thanks

Not sure as I can't see the flange from a cross section angle. I once have a Vivitar 28mm f/2.5 made with mount resembling something like P/K-A/R that meant for Ricoh and Pentax in the original K mount and the flange is too long.

You see how I manage to grind the flange down and get it to work beautifully

Oooh yes I have that lens. Mine's branded Soligor, and it was originally a KR mount; but later converted (i.e. pin taken out) to standard K-mount.

Tefnon sounds weird. I'd much rather have Soligor written on it.

I have a Tokina that looks just like that lens, although I've only taken around 3 photographs with it.

The thing that I like about it is it's light weight, the thing that I hate about it is it feels cheaply built
I was thinking of taking it out sometime soon, to see what it can do.

My dad brought the TEFNON lens in China more than 20 yrs ago. I suppose maybe the brand is only for China market. The following two snapshot are taken after fixing the fungus. The lens was made in Japan. The Chinion camera was made in Shenzhen, China.

#1. Marco snapshot , wide open

#2. 200mm Wide open, first day light shot.
