Twinaxial connectors all collapsed back to a single room where the Wang lived. A separate computer room housed the networking and servers for everything else. Slowly the WANG use wound down and the secretarial staff used their computers more than their terminals.
I still remember when i saw my first Wang.
I couldn't understand how highlighting text was a useful thing.
The salesman then asked me to sit down and show everyone I understood of what he'd just done. I was completely lost. I still hate that guy. If he was trying to make the point that even dummy like me could pick this up, I was a total disappointment. By the way I was at this little demo because Computer Mart of Widsor was going to be selling Wangs.
