Well having recently recieved a tamron 28-75mm from a forum member here I must say that so far I am very pleased with the results. Most people that have this lens like it alot however I was a little bit sceptical. Here are 4 shots under very different lighting conditions. They also show the versitility of the lens I feel.
Nothing great just some testing from a few days of use.

Great shots. I recently picked this lens up as well ("open box", but brand new for about $100 less than normal street price--couldn't pass it up), and it is great. In reasearching this and comparable lenses, across different platforms, this one kept coming up again and again with nary a bad word about it. It is a really good lens, with a pretty versatile range (would love a bit more on the wide end, but I can live without it as I still have my kit lens if necessary). It has been on my K100D Super most of the time since I bought it.
