No Pentax mount available yet. Or ever.

Totally wrong:
"Corresponding AF Mounts

Sigma, Nikon, Canon, Sony/Minolta, Pentax"
Now available for Sony/Minolta digital SLRs, and Pentax digital SLRs.

That's from Sigma's webstite...hence my asking here on this very forum!

You are right.

But it might be a typo, since their Japanese website says otherwise.

Good composition with a true circular fisheye is quite difficult! For (APS-C) digital, I think you would find an 8mm fisheye or the DA10-17 fisheye zoom much more versatile than the 4.5mm. Also much cheaper.

The newly announced Sigma 10mm fisheye might also be worth considering -- if it becomes available in the near future.

Easy -- it's on the shelf between the announced-but-not-yet-available Pentax-mount Sigma 8mm F3.5 Fisheye

Sigma - Lenses

and the announced-but-not-yet available Pentax-mount Tamron 10-24

Tamron SP AF11-18mm F/4.5-5.6 DI II LD Aspherical (IF)

I hear the announced-but-not-yet-available Pentax-mount Sigma 50/1.4 is also pretty nice

Sigma - Lenses

Also being a Sigma shooter I've seen several photographs taken with it, and it's an interesting effect.
Don't expect your auto focus to work on anything that wide, in any mount. But when you do manage to focus it the photographs effects will give you a smile and a chuckle.

Just don't use autofocus for crazy-wide-fisheye lenses.

Pentax K20D AF + Sigma 8mm fisheye usually ends up focusing to the f/4 hyperfocal distance, if given a sufficiently large target (such as the side of a barn). I find it works better just to choose the aperture I want and manually focus to the hyperfocal distance for that aperture.

Well if you have to answer make sure you know what you are talking about.

Here
Please don't go by the Sigma web pages Substitute, don't get me wrong I like and shoot Sigma products regularly.
However their web site is rarely current.
They either don't take items off after they discontinue them, or they add them to the list too early

On the other hand, from what I can tell Pentax now uses electronics similar to Nikon. So it might not take them long to modify the existing design
