"My kit it's enough!" Say it: "My kit it's enough!" Another case of lba!

So! Let's see. Primes:
Smc Pentax da 15mm limited
Smc Pentax fa 31mm limited
Smc Pentax a 50mm f1.7
Smc Pentax f 50mm f1.7
Smc Pentax da 55mm sdm f.1.4
Helios 44-k 58mm f2
Samyang 85mm f1.4 as if umc
Sigma 105mm f2.8 ex dg macro
Zoom:
Smc Pentax da 18-55mm wr
Tamron 17-50mm f2.8
Hd Pentax da 55-300mm
So, I'm pretty covered won't you think?
My inner voices:
"You should buy a 43mm limited instead of 55mm sdm, a 77mm limited instead of Samyang or even a Mitakon creator 85mm.. "
"You should buy a Leica r lens and convert to Pentax, because of better rendering, contrast, bla bla"
Please cure my lba!

Try to identify pieces of kit that you're not using much, put those up for sale, then buy whatever it is you think you want a little more. Keep that PF marketplace hopping.

for me, the Single In Challenge is the trick - if I don't connect with a lens by the end of the month, it's gone.....

Personally I've been thinking of replacing my da 55-300 for the 55-300plm, (but my old da is such a good copy)...such a good copy, such a good copy, ohhhh the itch!😄 Kidding aside, you could always sell some, then buy some.

Well! My Helios don't get much use, but I love the bokeh effect... It gives another type of an image...

Your kit is indeed enough imho I have a similar kit: primes from 15 to 100 macro, a couple redundant normal lenses that have more niche uses, and then two zooms, the tele one is the 55-300. And I couldn't think of anything I could possibly add to my kit, despite all the sales from the past few months.

I love your thinking!

You have the same crippling hole in your collection that I do: weather-resistant lens better than the kit 18-55, but wider than the 55-300. I've rented and liked the 16-85 WR, but something about the 20-40 calls to me. But I'd be happy if the 21 LTD was WR, but it's small enough that maybe you could shield it from most weather? Maybe we just need all three. How about you buy all of them and write up a detailed comparison? Then you'll really have all you need.

Is that your head or your heart saying that phrase? Makes a big difference.

You have got most everything covered... If I were to make a suggestion it would be a DA * 300 F4 for telephoto, it blows the 55-300 away at 300mm. I can spend with the best of them!
