Cholesterol is Bad, Bokeh is not.

When you reach the middle ages, you have to watch your diet and avoid cholesterol as much as possible. So lately, I don’t butter my bread anymore. I just use the bokeh from my macro shots. Not buttery enough?

I need to stock up on butter and cream, so please post your bokeh shots here.

Then that is what you call as jam or marmalade. Some people like it on their bread, too!

Lovely snapdragons. The background is a good complementary colour, it really makes them pop out.

Remember though, there is good and bad cholesterol. As there are good and bad types of bokeh. The difference here is that "Good" and "Bad" bokeh sometimes come down to personal preference.
We used to think that all cholesterol was bad... apparently not. So maybe "doughnut" bokeh (on the opposite end of the scale to "butter") will make a comeback!
...But only if it has been fryed in sunflower oil, etc.!
