Pentax K20D Lens

Good Afternoon, Today I spent a fair bit of the afternoon in one of our local camera stores looking at a K20D, I am going to pick it up tomorrow with the following kit lens,ie., a 16-45 f4. For a list of kit lens available in Australia go to Camera-Warehouse.com.au Regards,
Gordon.

Marlon, It is not a spam, just a couple of spelling mistakes and I forgot to include the lens details. Refer to my edited message, my apologies.

Regards,
Gordon.

K20D owner

I would get a bright lens. My Pen. 18-55mm f3.5-5.6 is too dark for overall use. I just bought a sigma 30mm F1.4 and it is really nice. Fast and bright. I think a 2.8 or lower will be a good choice. And manual setting on the K20D make for better pics.

The "mode" thing is frequently mis-represented.

The mode used - whether auto or manual or anything in between - makes no difference whatsover to the "quality" of the image.
There is nothing different if the camera "automatically" sets the shutter and aperture to 1/500 and f4, or the photographer does.

The light meter's suggested exposure must be interpreted (very light/dark subject? backlit?) and in this regard, the camera may choose an incorrect setting - regardless of "mode".

No need!
I was just heavily confused. Clicked the link, and it felt like an advert site. my bad

On the topic of bright/fast lenses, I got the Sigma 18-50 EX 2.8, which is pretty damn nice.
Whatever you get/got, hope you have fun!
