Fish-Eye 1:4/17 filter issues

I purchased a K2 DMD Friday night that had a first edition SMC Pentax Fish-Eye 1:4/17 mounted on it. Both camera and lens look to be in excellent condition just from outward appearance. I took the lens off and have tried to rotate the filters but the little lens hood appears to be stuck. I have not found info on how to rotate it.

Any advice?

Hood doesn’t rotate. The filters are moved into place by carefully rotating the ring which is is accessible between the petals of the hood. It’s a great lens I use often.

Using a toothpick and a wee bit of gentle effort, I was able to get it to rotate. I feel silly thinking the tiny lens hood would cause the filters to rotate. Thanks so much for your help!
