Revisiting the DA* 60-250?

My wife has my 55-300 PLM away for the weekend. I seriously miss it already. Just on the morning dog walk, I missed a lifer shot of an oven bird, because it wasn't with me. I carry the darn thing every day. The first time this spring I needed it, I didn't have it. That's life.

Some years back, I did the same thing with a Gibson J45. Twice I advertised it, twice I withdraw the eBay auction. The third time, I let it run and sold it, for a good price. I'll never forget the feeling when I was packing it up to send it to its new owner... And, years later, I regretted selling it
