SMC Pentax-A* 300mm F2.8 ED [IF] disassembly / cleaning

Hello i ve got 300m but f/2.8 (1992) . It's bigger than f 4. And not the same assembly i suppose. Do you know where i can find informations to clean lenses. Start of moistures. Thanks a lot from france.
