What I really want is a pinhole shift lens. It shouldn't be that hard to mount a pinhole in a slotted disk with just a bit of bellows on either side along the radial slot. Sliding the pinhole in the radial direction from center to edge would set the amount of shift and rotating the whole disk would set the direction of shift. (Sure, the opposite corners of a digital sensor might vignette at full shift but then Otus-beating uber image quality isn't what pinholes are for!)

P.S. Extra credit if they include simple screw-on telephoto, wide angle, and fisheye supplementary lens convertors such as they make for smartphones.

Skink pinhole did sell a 3 element body cap style shifting lens as I recall, and pinhole lenses, so it makes sense they could put the pinhole and shifting apparatus together or you likely could. Believe the shifting was small (3mm ?), but when I go to their site I don't see it now.

My existing pinhole is mounted in a body-cap ... if I want it a bit longer focus I use extension tubes, if I want it a lot longer focus I fit it to my bellows ... 200mm telephoto pinhole !?!

Shit and pinhole is easy. Get a pinhole disk and drill a whole in a body cap. Problem will be the distance between cap and sensor plane. With 43mm distance the shift effect will not feel like a wide angle. Calculations can be found online, same for custom pin holes, laser cut,....
I tried 18 and 22 mm distance on 6x8 film, that was wide!
