No I haven’t... I’ll goes investigate.

It is an older comedy film from the 90s (1993 I thought it was newer but I guess not) and has aged reasonably well. If you do watch it watch it listen through the credits at the end.

I've still got my original M20mm f4, M28mm f2.8, M50mm f1.4, M100mm f2.8 and M200 f4 all bought around 40 years ago for my two MX's (that I've also still got).

Wouldn't part with any of them. Especially the M20 and the M100

The favourite manual lens I've ever owned was the SMC M 2/85 which I unfortunately sold after falling in love with the FA 1.8/77 limited - now my all time favourite.

The preferred manual focus lenses I own and use right now are the Rokinon 1.4/35 for every day use and the Sigma 4.5/500 for special occasions.

It's a very entertaining movie! And for some years I worked for a company in northern Wisconsin ... so I have an idea what you are talking about

The Halftime Rec is my favorite dive bar in the Twin Cities. It is the bar in GOM but they use the bathroom as the entrance.

I haven't been to that one but have heard of it. I am in the south metro in one of the more outer suburbs so there are plenty of dive bars in the area that were around when there were still corn fields in town. Probably my favorite dive bar that I've been to is The Ale House in Vestal, NY. I learned to never try to keep up with my German coworkers there.

I haven't used it much, but first impressions of my A* 200/2.8 are pretty enticing.
I have used mine a lot. It's easy to focus, very sharp and wonderfully built. Absolutely my manual focus favourite.

I’ve been drooling over some of the A* lenses (the 85, 135, and 200 to be exact). Just like my Super Tak 200, I find it kind of hard to use though. 200mm doesn’t zoom enough to be a “true” telephoto, but it also zooms too much to be a wide-angle/portrait.

Well, the A* 200mm doesn't zoom at all, since it is a prime lens. I have used it for portraits, theatre and concerts, flowers, and landscape. The A* 85mm is much harder to focus. I'd love to have an A* 135mm, but on the few occasions one is for sale the price is horrendous. A new fast D-FA* 135mm wouldn't be a bad thing.

Lots of nice fast 50s, but one manual that I really like, even though the focal length is not my favorite on APSC, is the SuperTakumar 150mm f4.

This thread just isn't helping my LBA, or is helping, or something like that.

It's so light and narrow. I like mine too.
