Same for me, with the KP. Mainly because the opportunities that pop up (no time to change lenses) tend to be telephoto ones.
For the same reason, I usually keep the FA*300 f4.5 mounted on the K-3.
E.g. for when a koala turns up in your driveway.
For walkaround, same as several others have said - the 18-135 for its versatility.
Or the DA 20-40 Ltd for its wider aperture (at 20-23mm)
... and beautiful rendering.
For portraits - FA 43 Ltd, FA 77 Ltd. Or the DA 20-40 if there's group. Here's the 43:
For plants, insects, animals, details of anything, or zingy landscapes - DFA 100 macro WR.
(Or occasionally the FA 50 macro.)
For wide angle, DA 12-24.
Or more recently, the DA 15 Ltd.
