Problems with a sigma 75-200mm F3.8 AF

I have a problem:in the last 3 months seems like it's not able to focus to infinity in AF and in MF;in a range of 10 meters it focus fast and accurate..What do you think could be?

Not sur eif this helps.

I had similar problem with Sigma 70-200 HSM. Originally purchased as a demo unit from CR Kennedy, The Australian distributor. It would focus well at short distances but anything over 20-30 metres. It took a bit of convincing the repair people of the problem but once they accepted it they took it apart and determined a faulty circuit board. In the end they replaced the lens as a new board would take weeks to obtain.

Thanks for the reply! The problem is that even in MF i can't focus to infinity.. i think that some glasses are misplaced. it's a legacy zoom, so i don't know if repair it or not

Misplaced glass? Is that possible?
You are not able to get in focus for all the focal distances?

I don't know.. If the subject is within a range of 10 meters i can focus it.. After that not

My question was...are you dealing with this issue at 75mm, 100mm, 150 mm and 200mm?

i can zoom from 75 up to 200 and focus without problems but if the subject is far 10 meters from me i can't focus it... and that's pretty strange
