Sigma 35/50/85 f1.4 for 1200 €, worth it?

I currently got the offer for a set of Sigma lenses (used), the 85 mm f1.4 EX DG for 500 €, the 50 mm EX F1.4 for 200 € and the 35 mm f1.4 Art for 500 €. Are those prices reasonable?

Furthermore, I am not able to get to the location of the seller myself, thus I have to rely on test pictures. What should I should look for/ask for here?

Private seller, so (as far as I am aware of) no warranty...

unless there is a spouse or significant other to consider

ask about condition, for detailed photos of the equipment, how old they are, when purchased by seller, is the seller the original owner, original boxes, caps, cases/pouch available

selling history of seller, is the seller a pro or hobbyist

The other 2 are not available new anymore, but I think he priced them around the same amount lower than the original buying price as he did with the 35mm.
Therefore the prices are not unreasonable in my opinion, but that depends on your budged and the general condition of the lenses

I am not sure about that, but currently he is selling quite some stuff, all pentax-related (i.e. other Pentax-Lenses)

then I'd make sure I purchased with a credit card, so if there's a problem that the private seller won't correct, I would have some way of getting my money back...
