For my K-1, I find the 31mm, creamy as the bokeh gets, just doesn't focus close enough. My D FA 50mm F2.8, on the other hand, doesn't give me the perspective I want, without having to leave my chair.
I've had great success (to the point of buying a second copy) with the Komine-made Vivitar 28mm F2 Close Focus (CF). Very highly-rated in the Pentax Lens Database.
To be honest, I don't take pictures at all, but my wife is a photographer. We recently had a son, and we don't really go anywhere because of it. I am now generally sitting at home with the baby because my wife is on the road again, and the only thing that I can now photograph is diapers and baby food like
hipp formula. I'm waiting for my beloved to come back and then we'll get out again. In the meantime, I am at home with my beloved son, and I take pictures on my phone of him. and how he eats. By the way, sometimes I eat his food myself, I never thought that this stuff is so delicious.
