The long flange distance means that PK lenses can be made to fit on quite a few other SLRs. You could say that the K mount is universal donor of lenses. This is both good and bad for us Pentaxians. There will always be a smallish demand for K mount lenses, driving up prices. But not by a whole lot, so don't sweat it. The really bad thing is the
