Kit Lens Gallery--Your best

I did not purchase my K10D with the kit lenses--neither the 18-55 or 50-200. I recently switched from the Canon camp and, needless to say, I was not a fan of the Canon kit lens. But I have read and seen that the Pentax kit lenses are good, usable lenses--especially impressive for the price.

How about sharing your very best photos using the Pentax kit lenses. I anticipate some amazing shots accomplished with relatively modest gear.

Well this is not the first nor will be the last 18-55-thread, and that's a good sign in itself, right?
Using this lens as allround-lens of course and especially as an APS-C wide angle, trying to stay above 21mm and f/7.1. (see photozone as a reference).

From Da 18-55 II

This is one of my favorites for the detail in the image. Just a quick snap on the back porch while dog sitting for a friend.

I'll admit to not using the kit nearly as much as I should have before replacing it with the Sigma 17-70. Here's one of the few photos taken with it:

Thanks for your responses! These are very impressive--great use of what is supposed to be a "starter" lens, eh?

I love that shot. Is there a glass wall between the mums and pumpkins?
