Sears 135mm f2.8 Macro vs Tak 135mm f2.5

Soon I will have possession of both lenses but will only keep one. Until I can compare IQ between the two, any recommendations on which to keep? I like the idea of the Sears being Macro as I don't have a macro lens. The Takumar OTOH opens up more.

I don't have the Sears to compare it to, but here's my take on the Super Takumar 135mm f/2.5:

Nice lens. Very sharp when stopped down. I don't use it much wide-open because it is a bit soft opened up. So that might reduce or eliminate the SuperTak's speed advantage.

Now, how is the Sears lens opened up? That would be my question.
