Vivitar 135mm f2.5 m42 ??

I won this lens on Ebay last week. Its a bit strange. I cant really find any info online about it. Seems like there are alot of references to a f2.8 model. It has a removable m42 mount that is part of the lens (NOT aftermarket). Has TX on the mount, and the lens. Is this one of the Tokina made vivitars? Also has a small thumb button to manually stop down the apperture. I wish I could just use the apperture ring to manually stop down. It takes very good pictures, its just a little akward to use. I suppose I could modify it to permantly convert it to manual. It also has to be a few feet or more away from an object to focus. Any info is appreciated.

Tokina

Made by Tokina, according to this website: Vivitar Lens Manufactuers
Probably pretty good as I recall an article on cult classic lenses mentioned Vivitar thread mount lenses in a generally favorable way.
edit: Interchangable mount, I should have said.

Wow, thanks! Yup 37's tokina. One of the more preferred of Vivitar's manufacturers.

That TX mount looks crazy!
