Bird in flight with the DA*300

A Thunderbird, that is.

This was taken today with the K20D and the DA*300, slightly cropped. I like this lens!

Aside from being a great shot - WOW that's sharp. You can see the pilot's hand on the throttle stack through the canopy!

And btw - that's actually a double BIF.

If you look closely, there is a jet fighter in the frame to the left of the bird.

Going along with this train of thought... it would appear that Russ has some severe front-focus issues to deal with...

Was the F 16 upside down or were you above it?
