You will have to find out how to access the threads, some lenses can be dismantled from the front lens (like the takumar 55mm ...google) some from the 'back': See if there are screws under the rubber and if you can slide the focusing ring in one direction after removing them. If you can do this there might be a limiter screw for the focusing ring. After removing this you can screw the focusing tubus off. Try to make a mark at exactly which position the lens comes apart. The focusing mechanism has an outer and inner thread, mark both (that being said it never worked for me so far and I always have to reassemble by try and error).
You can get the focusing threads going again by applying a small drop of normal 'bicycle' oil and turning them; never ever use WD40 or any other creeping oil it will end up on the lenses and aperture blades; also do not use Q-tips, its fibers will make everything worse. Let the lens sit for a day and see if it is not sticking any more. Or try to get some fine grease, clean the threads with lighter fluid (and water and soap) and apply the new grease.
Have fun and be patient when figuring out how to put it together again (you will have to be).
