As one addict to another: so true...!!!

This is a brilliant, hysterical and truly entertaining thread - and my props and cheers to
Bui for originating it! Just reading through it - and then re-reading - makes me feel immensely better about my own occasional forays into buying-lenses-for-one-reason-which-seemed-good-at-the-time-but-later-wondering-why-the-hell-I-did-it with the so-called benefits of rational hindsight.
In my own case, I will only mention the digital lenses I either have now, own currently, and use - or have pruchased or acquired but then disposed or or sold. I'm leaving out a few years of analog shooting, in the dark pre-digital ages, where I had a handful of fine Takumars and SMC Pentax lenses for a variety of Spotmatics and MX's. (Those included a fine f/1.4 60mm - a 35mm which was my favorite - an outrageous 24mm - a 105mm and a 135mm. But all of a previous and ancient age.) But, back to the matter at hand---
Lenses I currently own and use:
DA 21 Ltd
DA 40 Ltd
DA 70 Ltd
DA 10-17
FA 50 (the f/1.7)
Lenses I currently own but don't use:
F 35-80 (the f/4 - which came on an old P30T I inherited)
I'm stunned to realize that my current list is almost laughably short: 'only' 6 lenses. (What is wrong with me?)
Lenses previously owned but sold, recycled or otherwise let go of:
DA 18-55 II (the kit lens on my old K200d and quite a fine one, actually)
DA 55-300 PLM (a great telephoto zoom which I acquired with the best of intentions before realizing that I just don't shoot enough telephoto)
Tamron 17-50 (the f/2.8 - also for my old K200d - and a significant upgrade over the 18-55)
Tamron SP AF 90mm macro (the f/2.8 version - one of the great all time macro lenses which I just never seemed to use)
And, okay, why not...Lenses on the short list of I-should-get-one-of-these-someday-soon:
DA 20-40 (just to see, if it's as great as everyone claims)
DA 15 (the closest to the old analog 24mm Takumar I used to shoot with)
So much for lens confessions....is it time for a parallel spinoff thread for camera body acquisitions now?
