I have the K10D and intend to purchase the 50-135. Are there any compatability concerns that I should be aware of?

as far as I know all should work fine (including SDM) if you have latest (1.3) firmware

VERY compatible. My 50-135/K10D produced incredible images.

if u want to use SDM focusing, upgrade to FW 1.30 if not done so already

They were totally incompatible for me....

... I had to sell my K10D to justify (get permission) to buy the 50-135.

Thx for the feedback all (and the laugh). I've placed the order (which might take a while as there seems to be a current back order situation. I guessing due to demand for this lens.)
Haven't done a firmware update yet with the camera, so we'll give it a shot...
