Tamron 70-200 try out

Too bad it was dark out when UPS arrived.

I found a few things to shoot with the Tamron though. I shot this on auto just to see what it would do. Not a bad pair up with my K200. I sooo want to take off work tomorrow to play, but now I gotta pay.

I must admit it's a heavy little booger, but I'm looking forward to building some muscles with it.

Aperture F2.8
Shutter 1/15
No touchups whatsoever. I was about 5 feet away.

i'll ask a similar question that i asked joelovotti, why tamron and not sigma?

It was a tough decision... I had originally decided on the Sigma version, but ultimately it was seeing the nice sharp pics taken by some of the users in this forum that sold me on the Tamron.

Does the apple look crisp sharp to you or is it just me? Since it's almost dark when I get home I haven't really had a chance to test the lens, but I was impressed with the apple.
