i thought i'd throw in something, since i'm new, and not sure what toys to get next

i just got a pentax k20d recently, with the Sigma 18-200mm F3.5-6.3 DC.

i was wondering, is this a good lens?

i'm at the point where i am looking for other things to use, but i'm not sure where to go - i was looking at getting a fisheye lens to play with next.


i use the camera for some portaits, and general photography - horse racing, parties, that sort of thing, and also landscapes and travel shots.

i've just bought a lens and not sur ethe next step - whether to get a flash (which i don't own yet), or a new lens.

can anybody advise a newbie?


i also have a tripod (manfrotto 190xdb with 804rc2 plate)

budget is not so relevent - looking at metz 58, or sigma 530 dg super, or pentax 540.
