I have two Jupiter-9 85mm f/2.0 (black MC in M42 and silver in Contax/Kiev) and they are quite amazing. Unfortunately the M42 copy is waiting for repair (pretzeled aperture blade). It does soft and dreamy as well as crisp and contrasty...
Wide open, the DOF is so narrow. I don't understand why folk want that focal length in f/1.4. It is hard enough to handle focus at f/2.0.
