DA 16-85 manual focus throw

Quick question for those who own the DA 16-85. What is the throw of the focus ring from minimum distance to infinity in manual focus? Measurement could be in degrees (preferred) or centimeters.

It's a little hard to tell, because the stops are very soft at both ends. However, it seems to be about 100 degrees.

I'd say it's slightly more that 1/4 of a turn - like 100-120 degrees. As Paul has written, it's hard to tell because there are no hard stops.

Interesting. Thanks. I appreciate throws that are at least 90 degrees. There are too many AF lenses that have throws of 45 degrees or less.

It really is a very good lens for APS-C. If you're thinking of buying, they're $150 off at B&H at the moment.
