Does anyone know this lens?

Identical to the Cosina 55/1.2, right down to the engraving (except for the word "Revuenon"). The rubber grip on the focus ring is different.

So it is identical, then?
I'm a bit puzzled about everybody seeming to really like the Cosinon while "JensR" on the other forum had/has a Revuenon and said it was OK for the price he paid (60 EUR new in box).
Perhaps, he expresses himself in a more restrained fashion, being German?
Or he was looking for other qualities in the lens.

Benjikan, I see you understand German as well?
Next to English and French, way to go!

Ben, I posted here about the optical specs of this lens (vs the Porst, the other fast 55mm out there).

You can persue through the thread to see some example pics from the Cosina version of this lens. I've used it for low-light shots on the K10D when f/1.4 just wasn't enough

I'm very happy with it. I've also used it on my film cameras, where it also performs well.

I think you can get a better price than 200 Euro from some US sellers.

I've also used it on my film cameras, where it also performs well. I think you can get a better price than 200 Euro from some US sellers.
