It may be too new in all brands for many samples. I think the release to all was only in mid Sept 2008

have been keeping an eye out for it since it first showed on the Tamron website and also waiting for reviews at $500 may be one to pic up in the new year. would finish off my zoom selections and my kit I think at least for now.

what's their return policy like? i'll be there next week and i've been eyeing that lens for a while now

I hope someone w/ a Sigma 10-20 compares this. I've never been too happy w/ the Sigma's edge softness....
