Welcome to the group! It's a fun gathering and I always learn things here.

As for your question, I'm not familiar with that brand. Is it a mirror lens? There are lots of those out there, and for the money they can be fun.

It's not a mirror lens, just an old lens, errr... lens

If you can get it for $20-30, why not try it out?

Looks nice, build like a tank i think i could use that as a baseball bat to

It looks very much like an OLD Spiratone 400mm that I used to own 35 (or so) years ago. That one did the job, but was never the sharpest.

I figure for the right price, that lens can be fun, though this is the first time I've seen or heard about that lens.

I have a Soligor 400mm f/6.3 that may be related to this. The front half looks identical but the back is different because the Soligor has a spring loaded aperture instead of a preset one and the mount is an interchangeable universal one. If they are the same optics then the lens is decent, especially if the price is low (mine was ~$35). With a solid tripod the lens is reasonably sharp, and it is light enough to hand hold in bright light if you use good technique and are careful.
