The 20-40 Ltd as my live on camera lens and the DA 15mm SMC which I think will nicely fill a missing void. There will be a future purchase sometime this year but I'm currently undecided about my problem 100-200mm range and what exactly suits me in terms of ergonomics and coverage.

18-135 - as walk-around lens for my NTM K3

Sigma 150-500 for wildlife - which arrived two days prior to latest house arrest - sorry, lockdown. Hopefully I can show it some daylight tomorrow . . .

In December 2020 I bought the FA43 - I like the 50/1.7s (I had the M, now with my cousin, and have the F for myself) a lot on APS-C but I've never quite warmed up to the FL on FF... So finding a very nicely priced MIJ silver copy made the decision easy.

A couple weeks ago I bought a 600mm f/8 Sigma (Ricoh branded, but it's a Sigma) mirror lens, to see how well it fared at astro. However, it had fungus, so I returned it -.-

My Street Lady Pentax-A 28mm F2.8... when Pentax released the K1's, the Harem bullied me into it for my "street work". Much I might add to the dismay of my Friendly Lady Pentax-A 24mm F2.8, who has now been left on the bench for that purpose.

Retro Lady SMC Pentax-M 40mm F2.8... was wee cheap folly of nonsense, bought just for the fun of struggling to focus something so wee (the hoods twice the depth)... when compared to the larger stature of some of the other Ladies in the Harem.

my last two purchases were DFA*50/1.4,

because waiting for the DFA*85/1.4 was much to hard.

Second was DFA*85/1.4 after it was released.

Both lenses are indescribably good and beyond reproach.

Sigma 17-50 F 2.8 : a fast normal for indoors.

Pentax DA 16-85 : an general outdoor lens, WR and larger zoom range than the Sigma.

I bought the 77mm f/1.8 and the 60-250mm f/4 at the same time. The 77mm for a bit of extra reach over my 16-50mm, and because it's compact, it's fast, it's good. I didn't need to get a bigger bag to take it, the 16-50, and the camera. The 60-250mm because I needed a long lens and this was it. My other option instead of that pair of lenses was the 50-135mm f.2.8 plus the 1.4X teleconverter, but I think I made the right choice.

Sigma 10-20 f/4-5.6 I didn't have a normal lens that wide (I already own the 8mm f/3.5 rokinon fisheye). Dec 2020 $230

Pentax fa 50mm 1.4. I didn't have any auto focus primes nor anything faster than 2.0. I debated getting the DA 50 f/1.8. I figured if I purchased the 1.8 I would wonder about 1.4. and eventually get it. March 2021 $160

I also picked up the kp and flash from adorama in Jan for $700

Not really a lens (?) I also recently purchased a tamron auto focus 2x teleconverter. I have played with it on both the tamron 70-200 f/2.8 and the 50 f/1.4. I really need to do some comparison testing and compare to cropping. But so far I think it is better than I anticipated feb 2021 $50

My road map is probably the 18-135. It would replace my DAL WR 18-55 and 50-200 as well as my sigma 18-200. I will keep the dal's since the 18-55 is also used for IR on my k100d.

Tamron 90mm f2.8 macro. I needed a dedicated macro lens and the price and quality made it a great value.
Sigma 30mm f1.4. I needed a fast prime wider than my FA 50 1.4. It is a little finicky but I am figuring it out. As I get used to it the results can be great.

A screw mount sologor 200/3.5 preset just to play, and for more serious work, after years or wondering how to get beyond 400mm I bought a DA560/5.6 for wildlife, with COVID and all the restrictions, I think it was well worth it. I have taken literally thousands of pictures in the last 7 months with it. And am working on a project to upload onto eBird, a photo of every species I have ever seen (edit note I am presently at 135 species with photos, out of 512 on my life list)

The Pentax HD 16-85. Basically to replace my beloved 18-135mm as my primary walk-around lens. Willing to trade a bit of range for the HD coating and a bit more sharpness.
And the opposite: the Sigma 18-300mm: this lens was never intended as a default walk-around, but more as a special purpose lens for when I anticipated the need for the extreme range flexibility, but would not be able to change lenses. Doesn't happen very often.

D FA 150-450 because I wanted something with a little more reach than the 55-300 PLM.
Super Tak 35/3.5 because it was new in box and I didn’t think there would be many more opportunities for that.

Great question.
The Tamron 90mm macro (as a result of the head's up posted on the forum) because it was a great price and coincidentally had come to grips with the fact my move to full-frame left me without a decent lens to cover any macro aspects I might encounter
The Pentax 15-30 to replicate the range covered by my beloved Sigma 10-20 used on the K-5IIs and unusable on the FF. The real reason for the purchases; after tolerating this whole lockdown, personal imprisonment thing I thought I deserved a reward!
Now if Mother Nature would only reduce the lockdown on Spring weather and the local officials relax theirs, these babies will get a workout!

The two latest for Pentax are the A20/2.8 because I wanted a proper wide angle lens for the K-1, and a Super-Tak 55/1.8 because... well, because I wanted one.
