I have taken literally thousands of pictures in the last 7 months with it. And am working on a project to upload onto eBird, a photo of every species I have ever seen (edit note I am presently at 135 species with photos, out of 512 on my life list)
That sounds like a fascinating project. I may have to consult with you on some of the species I'm seeing just up the road.
My last purchase was a K200/4 and I've been practising with it at a local duck pond. I passed up on a K200/2.5 because I thought the extra weight would keep me from using it often, and it was probably the right choice. I bought it because I've always loved my K135/3.5 - another growing fan of the K series. I wanted something at the longish end because I've never been satisfied with my A70-210 at the long end.
My second last purchase was an Adaptall-2 40A (35-135/3.5) because it was attached to a PKA adapter, but the lens has been surprisingly sharp and fun to use.
