As you can see in my sig, I currently have 5 (not counting the TC). Either next month or January, I plan on adding a Sigma 105 (MS Live Fleabay rebate--please stick around!). I've also toyed around with the idea of getting a 21 that I can use in tandem with the 55-300 for hiking and other situations where I want to travel extra light on the WA end.

I am currently selling a rare Tokina portrait zoom 60-120mm f/2.8 on this forum. No one wants it so far. Seems the awkward economy hits everyone.

The F50/1.7 makes the M50/1.7 a bit redundant, but I don't really want to let go of such a nice lens. I hope to add either one or both of these lenses to the list in the next few weeks:

fwiw, I carry four or five lenses depending on what I'm doing at all times. My total amount is fluctuating at the moment as I explore some old bokeh lenses.

In the end I'll have a focal range spread of manual primes from 25-180 and one longer zoom for events and tele specific things to choose from as is appropriate.

There will be overlap in lenses specifically resourced for unique oof rendering, for which research is still under way. I anticipate this number will always be in flux as favorites and new discoveries shape the brush.

Of these 6 I use the top 5 regularly, and they're always in my backpack when I'm shooting. I think I've done well not to double up on focal lengths that are already covered by completely capable lenses.

Super-wide prime
and a Fast super-telephoto.

As you can tell by the signature I own a few lens have to admit it makes the whole travelling thing hard you have to decide which ones to take and which to leave have to make that decision before i leave in a few days for my trip

I'll be more than happy to "exercise" all the Taks that you don't want to take with you. No sense in letting them just sit there "wishing they could have gone also".

I have 9 lenses. Six Pentax primes at 28, 40, 50, 100, 135, and 200 (all "M" series except the DA40 and A50/1.7), plus the DA18-55, DA50-200, and a Quantaray (Tamron) 70-300.

Of these, I generally have at most three of them with me. Most often, the 28, 40, and 100. Or maybe the 18-55 plus the 100. Occasionally the 135 instead of the 100. But sometimes the two DA zooms, and maybe the 40. And sometimes just the 40, or just the 18-55.

The odd men out here are definitely the 50, 200, and 70-300. I want to use the 50 more, as it's my fastest and arguably best lens overall, but I'm just not in love with the focal length.

I am the SICKEST of all in the last month who venture to buy three limited lens, and bought the fastest aperture with f/1.2 in the Cosina lens. I went in circle in the last three months looking for the ideal 1:1 macro in this order -- Lester A Dine 105mm f/2.8 1:1 dental Macro, Sigma 105mm f/2.8 1:1 macro (non-DG), now Tamron 90mm f/2.8 1:1 Macro (non-Di), and going to be the 4th with Vivitar Series 1 105mm f/2.5 1:1 Macro.

Please tell me if there is another Pentaxian more SICK than me in LBA.
