I'd just get a Nikon P1000 with its 24-3000mm (eq) lens.

I've always been a primes guy but I'd have to say the DA*16-50mm f2.8...
The Sigma 30mm f1.4 Art is a very close second.

Probably the 16-85 for its all-round versatility.

I'll take the K-1 and the FA31. I'll call the combination 'Wilson' to keep me company!

I'll probably paint a face on it, too.

I could live with that combination too.

I expected that might be a popular choice.

K-30 FA77

The best lens in the world: the 35mm 2.8 macro and the K3 iii. It would be the perfect combination. Admittedly not WR so...

if that was to be an issue, then the other best lens in the world: the 50mm 1.4 DA* and the K1.

Are we not a spoiled bunch? The other lot just don't have the choices we have!

If the island was more than 30 feets in diameter I would take the DA560.
If I was on the desert island with another girl (or 2) I would choose the DFA*85/1.4.
If I wanted a small gem to play around I would take the M40/2.8 or the DA40 limited (even on my K-1).

My Pentax combo would probably be the K-1 and D-FA 100mm macro (or KP and 35mm macro). That’s my most used combo so I wouldn’t feel like I’m missing anything. That said, my actual desert island/had to sell all other cameras setup would be my Fuji X100V, it’s just a go anywhere do anything type camera/lens.

A prime. A fast one. Wide enough. So I would have to explore all nature would offer on a desert island.
