f2 55mm auto takumar on the k100d

Im new in the forum although I have taken great pleasure in reading the threads for some time. Now however I am i need of some advice. I have some old screw mounts and have been having some fun with them on my new K100d. When i unscrewed my 1959 f2 55mm auto takumar last night the aperture preview switch seemed to snag, and didn`t come of without the use of more force than I appreciate...

There didn`t seem to be any damage to the body at all, but i don`t want to risk damaging the body or lens.

Any ideas or similar experiences?
