Disassembling the DA 12-24mm (esp. front lens)

I recently dropped my DA 12-24mm. It has no external damage but since then, the zoom and focus ring jam strangely (it actually depends on the orientation of the lens and the position of the two rings). I suspect something inside either broke or moved out of its location, and I decided to disassemble the lens (I have a second one hopefully). I coud remove the bayonet ring and the outer body, then I am stuck. I presume the next step would be to remove the front lens in order to access some screws below but I found no way to remove it.

Has anyone successfully disassembled a DA 12-24 f/4, and especially its front element?

I'd like to get below the front element of one of mine, too.
