HD Pentax-DA 55-300mm lens correction

In LR Develop sometimes the "Lens Correction-Enable Profile Corrections" automatically reads/displays the info and sometimes not. The Metadata shows in either case. Is there a setting to adjust this in LR 6.14?

Don't know why that happens. No setting that I know of. Sometimes it's auto and sometimes I had to manually select the lens profile.

?? Same lens, same camera. And there is no Pentax listed in the dropdown menu to select from. Mysterious!
